MFSS – Building Communities, Transforming Lives
Mohsin Fatema Siddiqui Shomaj Kollayan Shongstha (MFSS) is a non-political, social welfare organization dedicated to advancing national development and uplifting marginalized communities. Evolving from the Mohsin-Fatema Siddiqui Youth Welfare Foundation—established on 11 July 2022 in Sitakunda, Chattogram—MFSS now steps forward as a broader and more structured NGO committed to long-term social impact.
Rooted in the spirit of service, MFSS works to create awareness among neglected and underserved groups, empower youth and families, and actively participate in various government and community development initiatives. Our journey began in the Sitakunda upazila of Chattogram, but our mission extends far beyond—aiming to spread hope, opportunities, and sustainable development across Bangladesh and, eventually, internationally.
Driven by compassion, integrity, and community engagement, MFSS strives to build a society where every individual has the chance to grow, contribute, and thrive.

Our First Project
Shukhee village
The Sukhee Village Project marks the first official healthcare and community-welfare initiative launched by Grameen Digital Health, Supported by MFSS designed to bring essential health services directly to underprivileged households in Sitakunda. This program is inspired by the Shukhee model of smart rural healthcare—where innovation, accessibility, and community wellbeing come together to create lasting impact.
Special Highlights of the Program
- Participation of 50 underprivileged families from the Sitakunda community
- Free on-spot health assessments and medical consultations for all participants
- Distribution of the Sukhee Family Health Card to every beneficiary household
- Three months of free doctor follow-ups through the Sukhee Digital Care Network
- Exclusive discounts on medicines from partnered pharmacies across Sitakunda
- Introduction of the Sukhee Seba Kendro (SSK)—the village’s first digital healthcare hub
- Showcase of the Sukhee App and EMR System, enabling digital prescriptions, follow-ups, and coordinated care
- Community wellness orientation, highlighting preventive healthcare and family wellbeing
This initiative is designed to bring healthcare closer to the homes of those who need it most, ensuring that vulnerable families receive continuous support, medical guidance, and digital connectivity. Through this effort, MFSS aims to demonstrate how technology, compassion, and community partnerships can transform rural health and build the foundation for a healthier, more empowered village.
