Mohsin-Fatema Siddiqui Somaj Kollyan Shongstha (MFSS) is the next chapter of a journey that began with a simple but powerful dream — to serve the people of Sitakunda and beyond.
MFSS evolved from the Mohsin-Fatema Siddiqui Youth Welfare Foundation (MFJF), which was established on July 11, 2022, in South Rahmatnagar, Sitakunda, Chattogram, by Dr. Ahmed Armaan Siddiqui — in loving memory of his late parents. What started as a youth welfare initiative quickly grew into one of the most recognized social organizations in Chittagong, earning multiple national and international awards within just a few years of its founding.
As the scale of our work expanded and our commitment to long-term community development deepened, MFJF took a significant step forward — transforming into a fully registered NGO under the name MFSS. This transition marks a new era of structured, sustainable, and broader social impact across Bangladesh.
Today, MFSS carries forward the same values that defined MFJF — compassion, integrity, and community — while operating with greater reach, stronger governance, and a wider vision. Our work spans education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, youth development, environmental conservation, and social welfare, with the firm belief that every person deserves dignity, opportunity, and hope.
We are not just an organization. We are a movement — rooted in Sitakunda, growing across Bangladesh, and committed to ensuring that no one is ever left behind.

Dear friends and well-wishers,
This organization was born from love — love for our community, and love for the memory of my late parents, after whom it is named. When we began in Sitakunda on July 11, 2022, we had nothing but a vision and the will to serve.
What we have built together since then fills my heart with gratitude. From free bus services for exam students, to health camps, clean-up drives, spoken English courses, and flood relief — every initiative has been a step toward a Bangladesh where no one is left behind.
None of this would be possible without our dedicated volunteers, generous donors, and the communities who trust us. You are not just supporters — you are the soul of MFJF and MFSS.
The road ahead is long, but I have never been more hopeful. Together, we will keep serving, keep building, and keep making a difference.

Our First Project
Shukhee village
The Sukhee Village Project marks the first official healthcare and community-welfare initiative launched by Grameen Digital Health, Supported by MFSS designed to bring essential health services directly to underprivileged households in Sitakunda. This program is inspired by the Shukhee model of smart rural healthcare—where innovation, accessibility, and community wellbeing come together to create lasting impact.
Special Highlights of the Program
- Participation of 50 underprivileged families from the Sitakunda community
- Free on-spot health assessments and medical consultations for all participants
- Distribution of the Sukhee Family Health Card to every beneficiary household
- Three months of free doctor follow-ups through the Sukhee Digital Care Network
- Exclusive discounts on medicines from partnered pharmacies across Sitakunda
- Introduction of the Sukhee Seba Kendro (SSK)—the village’s first digital healthcare hub
- Showcase of the Sukhee App and EMR System, enabling digital prescriptions, follow-ups, and coordinated care
- Community wellness orientation, highlighting preventive healthcare and family wellbeing
This initiative is designed to bring healthcare closer to the homes of those who need it most, ensuring that vulnerable families receive continuous support, medical guidance, and digital connectivity. Through this effort, MFSS aims to demonstrate how technology, compassion, and community partnerships can transform rural health and build the foundation for a healthier, more empowered village.
